Contact details you give us (name, email, phone); vehicle data you submit (number plate, VIN, make and model, city); technical data (IP address, device, browser, pages viewed); and cookies.
Purposes and lawful basis
We process data to reply to requests, quote vehicle maintenance and repair under Rules approved by Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine No. 190 of 25.05.2018, perform contracts, meet legal duties and, with consent, send marketing. Bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 8153-IX.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with partners and IT providers bound by confidentiality, or with authorities where required. We keep data only as long as needed or as the law requires.
