Warranty Policy

1. Scope and Legal Basis

This Warranty Policy applies to parts and labor provided by dravoneliss.com LLC (EDRPOU 47417442), Business Center 'Arena', 5 Baseina St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. It does not limit your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX or the Rules for the provision of services for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, approved by Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine No. 190 of 25.05.2018.

2. Warranty Coverage

We warrant that parts supplied and labor performed are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty duration: 12 months for parts and 6 months for labor from the date of service completion, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing.

3. Conditions

Warranty is valid only if: (a) you provide the original work order and proof of payment; (b) the defect is reported within the warranty period; (c) the vehicle or part has not been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties; (d) maintenance instructions have been followed.

4. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; damage from accident, misuse, neglect, or improper fuel/lubricants; consumables (filters, oils, brake pads) unless defective at installation; pre-existing faults not related to our work.

5. How to Claim

Contact us at contact@dravoneliss.com or +380 932 354 1786. Provide your work order number and description of the issue. We will inspect and, if the claim is valid, repair or replace at no cost. Complaints are handled under Law No. 3153-IX within 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this policy excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
