1. Provider Identification

2. Scope of Services

We offer vehicle maintenance and repair services, including diagnostic slot booking, in compliance with Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX and the Rules for the provision of services for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, approved by Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine No. 190 of 25.05.2018.

3. Booking and Cancellation

A work order will document the agreed scope of work, terms, and warranty. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment. Distance contracts are governed by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and not misuse the booking system. Personal data processing is based on your consent under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 8153-IX.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages from website use, except as required by law. Nothing limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX. Advertising is truthful and identifiable per Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For complaints, contact contact@dravoneliss.com. We respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or the courts. Provider details are published per Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII.
